What’s Keeping You Stuck?
You’re running on empty.
Stress drains you faster than you can recharge.
Your emotions feel unpredictable.
Some days, you’re overwhelmed. Other days, you feel nothing at all.
You keep hitting the same patterns.
In relationships, at work, in life—no matter how much you try to change.
You’ve been in survival mode for so long, you don’t know what thriving feels like anymore.

These patterns are not a personal failing.
Your nervous system is doing exactly what it was designed to do—protect you. But when stress and past experiences overload the system, it stays stuck in survival mode long after the danger has passed.
I help you shift from survival mode to resilience, so you can feel calm, present, and fully in control again.
How I Work
The Three Phases of Battery Restoration
Most clients who come to me feel drained, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves—but they don’t always know why.
I use a brain-based, trauma-informed approach that helps your nervous system recharge, reset, and build long-term resilience.
Phase 1:
Resourcing – Recharging the Battery
At the start, you might feel too depleted to even think about what restores you. That’s okay.
This isn’t about figuring it out on your own—it’s about creating the conditions for your system to start recharging naturally.
In early sessions, I focus on co-regulation techniques that support your nervous system without requiring extra effort from you.
Even just showing up for therapy can be enough when you’re running on low power.
As your system begins to stabilize, we explore what nourishes and replenishes your energy.
Phase 2:
Reset – Clearing Unnecessary Energy Drains
Once the battery has enough charge to sustain itself, we start looking at what’s draining it.
Think of it like this:
You can remember the time you burned your hand on the stove without feeling the heat or seeing the blisters reform. That’s what trauma processing does—it moves the experience from a “live” event into a past memory that no longer drains your system.
Phase 3:
Updating – Expanding the Battery & Building Resilience
Once your system is recharging efficiently and no longer leaking energy, we focus on long-term resilience.
We strengthen self-regulation skills so you can maintain balance long after therapy.
